<p>Item Description – Steel Framed Tunnel Greenhouse</p><p>Quantity – 1</p><p>Size/Dimensions – Approx 24’ X 36’</p><p>Notable / Details – Galvanized steel cold frame tunnel greenhouse. Foundation appears to be approx 10” X 10” wood timbers. Completely floored with ¾” plywood in good condition, sub-floor structure unknown.</p><p>Notable attachments – Wrapped with shelving on 3 side. Four large built in raised garden beds. Large rolling worktable.</p><p>Notable damage – Truss arches appear to be in very good condition. Some center horizontal purlins missing/damaged allowing front wall to lean in.</p><p>Known issues – Poly covering in poor condition.</p><p>Items seen in images or video NOT included with asset – All items in interior photos included along with foundation and flooring.</p>
