Only the items specifically described in this listing are included. - Special pick-up instructions: - The items must be removed from the site no later than October 30, 2026. - The items can not remain or be stored onsite as the office will be undergoing construction work and there will be no storage space available. - There will be a very small window of when items will be available to be picked up by the purchaser as the furniture will still be in use by employees up until the last minute. - The lot is located in a secure building and pick-up appointments require minimum 24 hours advance notice prior to pickup. - The entire lot must be picked up in a single trip. No portion of items may be left on premises. - The lot can only be picked up between 8:30am – 3:00pm, Monday – Friday (excluding statutory holidays). - Purchaser must come equipped and prepared with proper equipment to pick up the lot from the building (e.g. dollies, carts, truck, etc.), as well as the proper amount of staff/help for the move.
