<p>Asset is being sold AS IS WHERE IS See photos for dimensions. Map attached to outside wall has been removed. All measurements are approximate. Brown shingle roof (age unknown). No electrical. Cabinet inside is approx. 64 inches by 37" in size. Miscellaneous contents inside seen in photos have been removed. This building is accessible to machinery and transport. The successful bidder is responsible for providing all equipment, transportation, and labour required to remove the item from its current location. The seller will assist by lifting the shed onto the purchaser's trailer using available equipment; however, all loading and transportation are entirely at the purchaser's risk. The seller accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage to the shed, the purchaser's vehicle or trailer, equipment, or any other property that may occur during loading, removal, or transport. The shed is currently resting on what appear to be 2×6 wood runners and was previously moved using tractor forks. Any loads leaving the site must coincide with MTO regulations if necessary (ie. height, width and length). Inspection is by appointment only.
