Item Includes: 1x Clyde Park Single Block B3 Chardonnay 2023 1x Clyde Park Single Block C Chardonnay 2023 Clyde Park's 2023 Single Block B3 Chardonnay is a poised and highly expressive reflection of its river flat terroir in the Moorabool Valley, pouring a light straw colour and greeting the nose with a vibrant mix of lemon curd, ruby grapefruit, and a distinct hint of granny smith apple crumble, backed by subtle undertones of white peach and roasted cashew. On the palate, this medium-to-full-bodied white marries a creamy, biscuit-like textural generosity from thoughtful lees work with an intense, linear drive of natural acidity, concluding with a long, focused finish laced with citrus rind and toasted almond. In contrast, the Clyde Park 2023 Single Block C Chardonnay is sourced from the estate's oldest block, planted back in 1979, and presents a mesmerizingly complex, high-solids bouquet swirling with green apples, marzipan, jasmine, and pungent matchstick sulphides. The full-bodied palate is intensely concentrated yet remarkably austere, wrapping a core of white peach and cantaloupe around structural chalky fine tannins and an ocean spray-like marine salinity that delivers superb power, restraint, and an enduring mineral longevity. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Feat. Pinot Noir" sale on Grays.
