Item Includes: 1x Clyde Park Single Block B3 Chardonnay 2019 1x Clyde Park Single Block B3 Chardonnay 2021 Clyde Park's 2019 Single Block B3 Chardonnay is a powerfully structured, cool-climate masterpiece from the Moorabool Valley, pouring a bright straw colour and unleashing an incredibly complex, Burgundian-style bouquet dominated by intense struck match, flinty smoke, and toasted hazelnut notes over a core of crushed grapefruit and lemon zest. The palate delivers an almost immediate wave of irresistible power and high-tension acidity, where juicy orchard fruits meet a deep, chalky minerality that lingers for an impressively long, savoury finish.Stepping into a fresher but equally concentrated chapter, the Clyde Park 2021 Single Block B3 Chardonnay presents a gleaming lemon-yellow profile in the glass, offering a fragrant, overt nose of burnt fig, almond croissant, green apples, and white peach.Sourced from the same tiny 1.56-acre river flat plot of Penfolds 58 clone vines, its medium-to-full-bodied palate cuts through a rich, viscous, and saline body with refreshing acidity, framing flavours of ripe pear and cantaloupe with a dense tapestry of resinous oak, nutmeg spice, and a velvety, cream-driven finish. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Feat. Pinot Noir" sale on Grays.
