Item Includes: 1x Clyde Park Single Block D Pinot Noir 2017 1x Clyde Park Single Block D Pinot Noir 2023 Clyde Park's 2017 Single Block D Pinot Noir is a powerful and complex expression of the estate’s south-facing, MV6 clone vines, pouring a bright cerise-ruby colour and unveiling an evolving bouquet where sweet red cherry, fresh raspberry, and florals have integrated beautifully with savoury meats, smoky French oak, and a deep undergrowth earthiness. On the palate, this library vintage is intensely juicy and plump, wrapping its sapid black and red fruit core around refined yet chalky, structural tannins and a fleshy mid-palate that has relaxed gracefully over years of careful cellaring to leave a long, beautifully resolved finish. Stepping into the vibrant energy of youth, the Clyde Park 2023 Single Block D Pinot Noir pours a deep ruby and is framed by the cooler conditions of this south-facing plot, showing a tightly wound but highly perfumed nose of black cherries, wild strawberry, and violet pastilles laced with whole-bunch spices and a touch of new cedar oak.The palate is exceptionally deep and structured, contrasting a rich texture of forest fruits, red plums, and vanilla layers against luscious acidity and a firm, mighty tannin spine that will benefit from decanting now or a few more years in the cellar to fully let its hair down. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Feat. Pinot Noir" sale on Grays.
