A highly poised, late-released reserve wine from the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago, New Zealand.Sourced from a unique high-elevation vineyard with clay and chalk subsoils, this premium Burgundy-inspired Pinot Noir spends extra time in the bottle before release to integrate its powerful structure. Colour: Dense, dark ruby red with a slightly lighter, brilliant edge. Aroma: Deeply aromatic and reminiscent of Burgundy, blending earth, mineral, and floral elements with dark plum flesh, red and black cherries, and a touch of smoky graphite. Palate: Richly textured and vibrant, offering intense flavours of freeze-dried raspberry, spiced red cherry, and a whisper of plum alongside silky, structural tannins and great energetic tension.
