A bold, concentrated, and muscular biodynamic red wine crafted by pioneer winemaker Rudi Bauer in Central Otago, New Zealand.True to its Bendigo sub-region origin, this vintage is deeper and more structural than typical Pinot Noirs. Colour: Medium to dark garnet red with a rich, dark core. Aroma: Rich and intense aromas of black raspberry, plum, and black cherry, layered with fine aromatic herbs, alluring spices, and a pronounced touch of toast, cedar, and smoky oak. Palate: Full-bodied and fleshy with excellent weight, showcasing concentrated flavours of ripe dark fruits and morello cherries against a complex backdrop of earthiness, deep stony minerality, and prominent oak.
