Lab Freezer Racks ...... . . . . All property is used and is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. Removal is by Appointment Only, and **Appointments must be scheduled at least Twenty-Four (24) business hours in advance (excluding weekends). To ensure smooth warehouse operations, same-day pickup requests are not permitted. The winning bidder must contact (Call/Message) the designated Surplus Property contact listed on the auction to schedule a pickup appointment. The buyer is solely responsible for all Arrangements and all Labor, including Packing, Loading, and Transportation of the Property. No assistance will be provided. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 9:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:00–3:30 p.m. Closed Between 12-1pm. Upon arrival, buyers should park at the rear of the building on the 8th Street side, near the loading docks.
