11,000 gallon coated steel hydropnuematic tank. Used for a water treatment system buried for <2 years, has been sitting unburied for serval years. 20 feet 6 inches long, 10 feet wide, and 12 feet 6 inches tall. Has multiple connection points and a manway. Has some damage to coating, see photos. Buyer responsible for loading. The tank is located at Copperfield WTP, 3352 Westport Drive, Jefferson, MD 21755. NOTICE: Due to the nature of the work involved in the removal of the tank, the following insurance is required from the buyer and must be submitted to the County prior to pick up. -General Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence minimum -Auto Liability - $1,000,000 minimum Frederick County, Maryland shall be added as an additional insured on the general liability and auto liability. -Workers’ Compensation with minimum statutory limits -If a crane is required to remove the item, Rigger’s Liability no less than $100,000 required. Frederick County, Maryland shall be added as an additional insured.
