Equipment is operable. Mainly used for masonry and landscaping. Obvious wear for age of the skid steer. Seat has tears, minor paint damage. Comes with CL quick attachment forks. A preliminary visual assessment was made on the vehicle with the understanding that additional issues could be present that would be found after a more complete inspection.
