2000 Bobcat 863M skid steer in poor running condition. ALTERNATOR FROZE UP. This vehicle was used by a state agency and remitted to surplus with no data. There are no mechanics on site and mechanical condition is unknown. We advise in-person inspections. Our team was able to start the vehicle and it ran. No further information is known.
