The fire engine has multiple mechanical deficiencies affecting various systems including electrical, engine, transmission, braking, and firefighting equipment. CAFS (Compressed Air Foam System) equipped. 4x4 drivetrain configuration. Factory package configuration. 4045 hours of operation recorded. Condition & Markings Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Fuse box cover will not close with many wires tapped into fuse box. Multiple marker lights are inoperative. High idle does not engage. Wiper blades are frayed and wiper spray is weak. Primer cable is stuck and difficult to operate with intermittent primer function unable to pull vacuum. AC compressor has large oil leak. Multiple engine oil leaks present. Front and rear pinion seals leaking. Front axle shaft seal on passenger side leaking. Pump seal leaks when pump is off and worsens when running. Air drier leaking oil indicating failing air compressor. Audible air leak when truck is off, slow to build air and not DOT compliant. Tank and pump drains are leaking. Rear brakes worn to wear bars. Front leaf springs are reverse-arching with heavy rust. Rear passenger hub seal leaking. Rear passenger tire pressure cannot be checked due to opposing valve stems. Transmission has difficulty shifting. Two of three batteries failed load test. Rear step is bent and support strut is missing. CAFS air filter is filthy and inefficient. Dents, dings, and scratches from field use.
