The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle is not operational and has a dead battery, and it keeps dying; engine repairs are required; there are mechanical problems, tires are worn and flat and need to be replaced; body damage including dents, rust and scratches. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months.
