Components may be missing based on the current condition assessment. Inspection and Removal: Inspection and removal are available by confirmed appointment only. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Inspection Schedule: Equipment inspection is available on July 1, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time. Inspection is by appointment only. Contact the property custodian at least 24 hours prior to the preferred inspection time to schedule an appointment. Equipment is located on a government installation and inspection hours are limited. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The Government will not provide assistance. It is highly recommended that you arrive one (1) hour prior to the inspection time to process through the VCC to gain access to the depot. Transportation from the VCC to the equipment will be provided by the equipment custodian; no privately owned vehicles will be authorized to enter. Load out assistance is provided by Sierra Army Depot. Double stacking of trailers is not permitted, and trailers may not be towed off base. ALL trucks and trailers sold must be loaded and trailered away. Authorized Third-Party Removal: An authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see Terms and Conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Removal Schedule: Equipment removal will begin on or about August 10, 2026, and continue through September 10, 2026. Removal hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. local time.
