OWNING AGENCY DISCLOSURE : "Vehicle has a dead battery, which we have been unable to jumpstart, but it appears drivable otherwise" PROCESSING NOTES : Up for auction is a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid FWD Sedan. This vehicle was started with a jump and driven briefly during processing. Owning agency mentions that the battery is dead and that they were unable to jump start the vehicle. However we were able to jump start this vehicle using a normal 12V and the vehicle was able to stay running and drive during processing. No apparent signs of bad driving quality given the dead battery statement. Vehicle will most likely need a new battery. The exterior of the vehicle shows fair signs of wear and tear such as paint damage with a little rusting, scratching, minor denting, scuffing, and scratching. The interior has worn seats, stains, scratching, debris, and dirt/dust build up. A/C is working and blows cold air. Parts of the undercarriage show a layer of rust. Tire pressure seems okay and spare tire is included. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
