2012 Cadillac SRX SPORT UTILITY 4-DR, 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V FFV. This vehicle runs but will not drive due to a broken cv axle and strut (See Photos). This vehicle was towed by local police following a traffic accident. The owner came, cleaned their personal property, and forfeited the title. The vehicle is being liquidated to offset the towing and storage fees. The vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is, with faults. Jacob’s Towing Inc, DBA Jacob’s Towing, defines the Asset condition as not represented as being roadworthy, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for future use as a means of transportation and/or may require substantial repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle for driving in its current condition. BE ALSO ADVISED THAT THE BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING, SHIPPING, TRANSPORTING, COORDINATING PAYMENTS AND PICK-UPS WITH OUR AGENCY (JACOB’S TOWING) WITHIN THE PROPER TIME FRAME.
