This unit has not been professionally tested. Inspections are invited, strongly encouraged and by appointment only. Inspections on Monday through Friday from 11am to 4pm. Test drivers are not available. All known information has been provided. NO REFUNDS. Buyer must arrange an appointment for pickup at least 24 hrs. in advance. Scheduled pickups are available Monday through Friday (10am - 4pm ET) only. Assets must be picked up within 10 days of auction closure, otherwise a $10/day storage fee will be charged at the time of pickup.
 Open titles cannot be issued. Titles must be issued in the name of the winning Buyer only. Seller will not issue replacement titles. If someone other than the Buyer listed on the Bill of Sale picks up a vehicle, in addition to the Bill of Sale they must have additional paperwork.
