The Owning Federal Agency reports that this vehicle has a dead battery; brakes need to be replaced; there are mechanical problems; repairs needed from coolant system and drive train; tires are worn or flat and need to be replaced; body damage including dents, rust and scratches. Other repairs may be needed; parts may be missing. This vehicle was transported from another location where it had been sitting and not used for several months.
