Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) 300-gallon freestanding water tank. The tank has been rated as being in fair condition due to a known issue affecting the closure caps. The large threaded caps have warped over time and no longer form a complete seal when installed. The caps can still be threaded onto the tank; however, they do not fully seal the openings. Aside from this known issue, the tank appears to remain structurally intact based on visual inspection. According to available information and the UPC shown in the photographs, this tank corresponds to a Norwesco 300-gallon freestanding water tank. The associated item number is 2498245, and the manufacturer part number is 41869. This identification is based on the observed labeling and has not been independently verified. The tank was most recently used to store potable water. While it was last used for potable water storage, bidders are encouraged to inspect and clean the tank as necessary prior to placing it back into service.
