Up for auction are (4) Solaronic Radiant Tube heaters, 120 volt. All four are fully functional. Some of the radiant tube is rusting out, those can be purchased separately. These units come with the heat reflectors and mounting hardware. 200,000 BTU heaters. Northern Water removed and replaced them due to age. These are sold as is. Any questions email dlee@northernwater.org Pickup Information: Property may be removed by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments for pickup are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Items will NOT be released without a scheduled appointment. Questions will be answered during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Removal Requirements: All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Buyer is responsible for all packing, loading, labor, and transportation arrangements. A storage fee of $10.00 per day may be charged for items not removed within the allotted timeframe. Shipping Information: All freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Any shipping documents must list the buyer as both the shipper and consignee before the seller will release items to a freight carrier. The Buyer assumes all risks and costs associated with removal and shipping.
