Per the department the factory reset can be found on the Cisco Website - Cannot guarantee each item from stickers or sticker residue, scratches, smudges, streaks, fading, or normal wear and tear. - This entire lot of phones and modules is on a pallet measuring 40" x 48" and is 62" in total height *NOTE* THIS WILL BE A PICKUP ONLY AUCTION.
