LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY/GOVERNMENT AGENCY ONLY - MUST PROVIDE PROOF/CERTIFICATIONS This auction is for the accessories for a Blackhawk Mossberg 820 12-gauge pump shotgun. There are twenty-six (26) stocks, seven (7) buffer springs, seven (7) tubes, and sixteen (16) forearms. Some of the stocks are Magpul Industries, ILX50 models. PLEASE NOTE: Only government agencies or federally licensed firearms dealers holding a valid Type 07 Federal Firearms License (FFL) and current Class 2 Special Occupational Tax (SOT) may bid on this auction. Documentation is required to be eligible to bid. The winning bidder will be required to provide a copy of agency identification or valid Type 07 FFL and current Class 2 SOT documentation prior to removal. Bidders who do not meet these requirements may have their purchase canceled. This item is sold for official use only and may not be purchased for resale. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees that the item is being acquired for use by the purchasing entity and not for resale or redistribution. All sales are subject to seller approval. The City of Clermont reserves the right to reject any bidder or cancel the sale if eligibility requirements are not met or if the sale is not in the best interest of the City.
