The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (1) Alaris PC Unit Model 8015 and (3) Alaris Pump Modules Model 8100. The lot is classified in repairable condition. The equipment shows typical cosmetic wear from 12 years of medical use including surface scratching, discoloration, and worn markings. Specifications Alaris PC Unit: Make: Alaris Model: 8015 Alaris Pump Module: Make: Alaris Model: 8100 Key Features The PC Unit serves as the central programming and monitoring component with digital display screen and keypad interface for programming infusion parameters. The PC Unit includes connectivity capabilities for integration with hospital networks and pharmacy systems. The pump modules are designed to dock with the Alaris PC Unit 8015 to provide controlled delivery of intravenous fluids, medications, blood, and blood products. Each module features a digital display screen, dedicated pumping mechanism, IV tubing loading chamber with door mechanism, and control buttons for rate and volume adjustments. Modules include visual and audible alarm systems for safety monitoring. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. After 12 years of medical use, the equipment shows typical cosmetic wear including surface scratching on plastic housing and display screen. Discoloration or yellowing of white and gray exterior panels is present. Button markings on keypad are worn or faded. Scuff marks are visible on corners and edges from cart mounting and transport. Potential minor cracks in non-structural plastic components may be present. Internal components may show signs of dust accumulation. Rubber gaskets or seals may exhibit deterioration. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. This facility does not prepare any sales for shipping or assist with loading or removal.
