Overview This lot contains (1) Arjo Citadel Plus Patient Bed. The bed is classified in salvage condition. The bed includes side and foot padding and has been compromised by black sludge from a water pipe while in storage, resulting in a dirty appearance. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The bed has not been used for some time and was compromised by black sludge from a water pipe during storage. The sludge has caused a dirty appearance on the bed. The extent of repairs needed is unknown. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
