Bidders are highly encouraged to inspect prior to bidding. No warranties or guarantees. Sold “As is where is”. Removal hours are from 8AM to 2PM, Monday thru Friday excluding State of Colorado Holidays. We will not pack, ship or box. Buyer must remove or coordinate these services.
