Unit may contain defects not immediately detectable or known about. Inspection limited to online pictures and descriptions only. No warranties or guarantees. Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. City can assist with loading onto a flatbed (non-enclosed) trailer only. Removal, loading, and transportation of all purchased items is strictly the buyer's responsibility. If item is to be shipped, buyer must provide the City an “Authorization of Release” document. Removal is by appointment only, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Upon auction payment verification, buyer must pre-arrange pick-up time and date with City and County of Denver employees at least 48 hours in advance. No exceptions! The Bill of Sale must be presented at time of pick-up. No exceptions! Buyer/Transport Company will be turned away if removal has not been scheduled and/or Bill of Sale is not presented and/or arrival occurs outside of authorized removal hours. No exceptions! Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction. No exceptions!!!
