Used items as listed below. Most of them are in good condition; some may be in fair condition. Approximately 55 binders of various sizes, types, colors, and brands. Items in photo are representative of what is being auctioned and may not be the exact lot. Note: Only the items listed above are included. Only the binders are for sale, nothing else in the photo is included. All property is offered for sale AS IS. Oldsmar, FL makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the assets are removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made in advance. Pick-up of items will not be allowed without an appointment. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No assistance will be provided in loading or transporting items. All items must be taken. An appointment is absolutely required to pick up the items.
