Owning agency mentions that this carrier has a bad engine. There is also a note saying "noisy drive train" We can confirm this as it is difficult to drive and is noisy. Bidders are advised to personally inspect this for any concerns about the engine or operational condition. This carrier features Heavy-Duty rubber tracks and Hydraulic dump bucket. Dump feature was tested and is able to fully move up and down. Looks to be in pretty decently used condition with scratching, paint damage, layer of rust, and minor denting. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale." Asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
