The Carter-Hoffmann HWU14 is a 3/4-height, insulated hotLOGIC holding cabinet designed for high-volume, humidified holding, featuring a 14-pan capacity for 18"x26" sheets or 28 pans for 12"x20" steam tables. Operating at 120V/2100W, it features forced air heating and 3" spaced universal slides. • Approximately 28"W x 34"D x 64"H (on casters). • Insulated aluminum exterior with stainless steel interior; 5" swivel casters (two with brakes). • Bottom-mounted forced air system, temperature range of 85°F - 200°F. • Includes a water reservoir for high humidity holding (up to 90%), with a low-water indicator light. • 120 Volts, 1 phase, 2100W, 17.5Amps; NEMA 5-20P plug WORKING CONDITION UNKNOWN The asset is sold "As is, Where is".
