The Carter-Hoffmann HWU18 is a full-height, insulated hotLOGIC holding cabinet designed for high-volume, humidified holding, featuring a 36-pan capacity for 18"x26" or 12"x20" pans. Operating at 120V/2100W, it features forced air heating and 3" spaced universal slides. Approximately 26.5"W x 31.5"D x 70.5"H (on casters). Insulated aluminum exterior with stainless steel interior; 5" swivel casters (two with brakes). Bottom-mounted forced air system, temperature range of 85°F - 200°F. Includes a water reservoir for high humidity holding (up to 90%), with a low-water indicator light. 120 Volts, 1 phase, 2100W, 17.5Amps; NEMA 5-20P plug WORKING CONDITION UNKNOWN The asset is sold "As is, Where is".
