The Supertec G20P-50CNC is a high-precision, automated CNC universal cylindrical grinder. It is a specialized industrial machine tool used to shape the outside diameter (OD) and, with optional attachments, the inside diameter (ID) of cylindrical workpieces. Core Functions & Capabilities Outside Diameter (OD) Grinding: This is its primary function. It shapes the exterior surfaces of shafts, rods, pins, and bearings as they spin between the machine's centers Inside Diameter (ID) Grinding: When configured with an optional internal grinding attachment, it can grind the inside bores of hollow cylinders or tubes. Taper and Face Grinding: The work table can be swiveled (typically up to 7 degrees), allowing the machine to grind precise angled cones, tapers, and flat faces on cylindrical parts.
