The units are packaged in cardboard boxes and appear to be stored inventory. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Some boxes show wear from storage and handling. Units include attached tubing and pump mechanisms. Battery compartments and charging capabilities would need to be tested for functionality.
