The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains an estimated 378 pieces of dental equipment. The items are classified in used condition. The lot includes various dental equipment and accessories including M-Flex silicone bougie dilators, labeling guns, dental curing lights, dental handpieces, bipolar cords, borescope insulated cord, dental X-ray posts, dental X-ray rings in multiple colors, and a filing cabinet. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The lot consists of mixed dental equipment and accessories totaling 378 individual pieces. Individual item conditions may vary within the lot. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Inspection and pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm EST. Purchaser must bring own labor and equipment for removal.
