The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains dental instruments and accessories. The items are classified in usable condition. These instruments were previously in working condition before being removed from service due to replacement with newer equipment. Key Features Includes 13 sets of rubber dam instruments. Contains 2 sets of East/West elevators. Features 4 sets of mallet and chisel instruments. Includes 2 root tip/Potts elevators. Contains 2 sets of Summers osteotome instruments. Features 4 sets of Hall drill instruments. Quantities are approximate. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Some items may need minor repairs. Items are sold with no warranty or guarantee. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items can be viewed daily from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. A signed copy of the purchaser's receipt will be required prior to releasing the merchandise.
