The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. You must accept the electronic Export Control Certification before entering your bid. Bidders are responsible for complying with U.S. export control laws, including: Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730-774)International Traffic in Arms. Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130). Proof of US citizenship is required. Highest bidder will need to submit prior to being award: 1. Proof of US Citizenship 2. Export Control Certification 3. Medical Device Statement Overview (1) Dornier Medtech America Inc Medilas H20 surgical laser. The item is classified in repairable condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Per biomedical assessment, the unit does not fire. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
