Five bicycles for repair, parts or scrap. Bicycles come into our department due to theft, or abandonment. Efforts are made to find the rightful owners; however, when those leads are exhausted and a reasonable amount of time has passed, the bicycles are up for disposal. We are selling these bikes as scrap metal; however, some are repairable. The conditions of these bicycles are typically rusted and needing repairs BEFORE use. They are often stored outdoors....Please inspect them thoroughly before riding or passing them on to children.
