Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) five-drawer locking filing cabinet. The cabinet has been marked as being in fair condition due to evidence of prior use and cosmetic wear. Observed wear is primarily in the form of scratches, scuffs, and areas of peeling paint on the top surface. Despite these signs of use, the cabinet appears structurally sound and suitable for continued service. The cabinet is constructed of metal and features five (5) full-extension file drawers designed for document storage and organization. The drawers open and close as intended and provide substantial storage capacity within a relatively compact footprint. This filing cabinet was manufactured by Steelcase. An identification card affixed to the interior of the first drawer compartment lists the style number as 1745L. The cabinet is equipped with a locking mechanism intended to secure all drawers. However, no key is included with this lot. The lock is present, but its functionality has not been verified due to the absence of a key.
