Overview This lot contains floor cleaning equipment. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. All equipment is considered repairable upon turn in with parts that might be missing or required. Quantities unknown. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All equipment is being sold without warranty. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Customer Loading Requirements: Customer is responsible for all loading of equipment and must pick up and remove all items from facility independently. Loading Specifications: Items are to be loaded to tailgate and vehicle must accommodate standard loading dock only. Pickup Timeline: Items must be picked up within 10 days of winning bid. Identification Requirements: The bidder must show proof of ID upon arrival. Third-Party Pickup Authorization: If a party other than the winning bidder is picking up the items, the bidder must send a confirmation email designating the individual or company prior to arrival to the distribution site.
