Overview This lot contains approximately 17 Thermo Scientific RadEye GN gamma/neutron detector pagers. The devices are in repairable condition with unknown operating status. The units are black handheld devices with LCD displays and control buttons for radiation detection purposes. LCD display screen for readings and menu navigation. Multiple control buttons including Menu, Info, and directional navigation buttons. Compact handheld pager-style design. Battery compartment accessible from rear of unit. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Operating condition is unknown for all units. One unit is marked as "BAD" with a visible label. One unit has a cracked display screen. Batteries are not included with the units. Units show various levels of wear and handling marks. Some units have barcode labels and identification stickers attached. Units are stored in a cardboard box. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
