Overview (1) Passenger golf cart . The vehicle is classified in salvage condition. The golf cart shows signs of wear and use consistent with its salvage classification. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The golf cart requires inspection to determine specific repair needs and missing components. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Special Removal Requirements: The successful bidder must ensure they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased. A vehicle at least 3 feet tall is required to upload items from the dock to your trailer. The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle. The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up.
