However, buyers are responsible for providing a PDF shipping label (FedEx, USPS, UPS) from winning email address. Please inform us and then wait till we provide you with the package specs before making a label. Provide documentation authorizing shipping. Once shipped, sale final, no refunds. Third-Party Removal: To authorize a representative to pick up items on your behalf, inform us from your registered GovDeals/LS account email to request a Third-Party Release Form. Your representative must have an appointment, the certificate, and an ID. Failure to adhere to these requirements risks your representative being turned away.
