Used Newing Hall Apex-HPGL HP3 2-Axis Rotary Engraving Machine. Unit was removed from service due to software compatibility/issues. Previous users advised the software could not be updated to newer versions and eventually stopped functioning. Current operating condition is unknown and has not been tested by seller. Machine may be incomplete and may require repairs, replacement software, or additional components before use. inspection is by appointment only (Mon–Fri, 9am-2pm). Item(s) are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided as a guide; condition, defects, or missing parts are not guaranteed. No returns. All sales are final. Property is located on JBLM. Buyer is required to have a Real ID Driver's License, EDL, or Passport to gain access to the base. Pickup & Removal Instructions: • Removal is by appointment only.
