1 GMC DUKW Duck Boat (Scrap) Boat is being sold as scrap. The body is in very poor shape and may brake during loading. Where the item is staged there is room for a flatbed tow truck and partial disassembly. Buyer must sign standard Indemnification Agreement and show valid Driver's license and proof of insurance at entry gate. Agency is willing to assist with loading has a standard 4K forklift. Condition is not guaranteed. The absence of any mention of defects does not mean there are none. We strongly encourage you to inspect the item(s) before you bid. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor needed for loading, transportation, and removal. On-site repairs and/or removal of parts will not be allowed under any circumstances. • Payment of items is due FIVE (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. Removal is due TEN (10) business days from the time and date of the issuance of the Buyer's Certificate or one will be in default of the auction terms, and one's account will be locked. • Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once items are removed from their location, the sale is final.
