The height of this Chair adjusts up and down properly. The Chair rotates 360 degrees.The Chair reclines backwards and locks into the upright position properly. When The Chair is in the recline position the chair is unbalanced and wiggly so something in the Chair will need to be fixed. The armrests adjust up and down properly. The lumbar pad on the back of the Chair moves up and down properly. The Chairs seat material has a decent sized tear in it. The Chair may show signs of cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, and dust.
