Only item described herein is included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Pickup and inspection hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 3 pm EST. Pickups and inspections can be scheduled by emailing Melinda Adams at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Our schools and offices will be closed on Fridays during June and July 2026 and no inspections or pickups will be scheduled on these days. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up assets within 10 days of auction close.
