Bidders, are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Only items described herein are included in the sale regardless of what else is pictured. Winning bidder must pay for and pick up asset within 10 days of auction close. Bidders must contact Melinda Adams to schedule inspection or pickup at least 48 hours in advance at Melinda.Adams@lcsd.k12.sc.us. Inspection and pick up times are Mon-Thur from 8:00am - 3:00pm EST by appointment. Our schools and offices will be closed on Fridays during June and July 2026 and no inspections or pickups will be scheduled on these days.
