Timeline, • Portable removal can start on June 22, 2026. Buyer must haul it away and clear the site before July 15, 2026. • Seller will empty the portable from furniture before June 22, 2026. Insurance Requirement: Attached • Buyer must provide Certificate of Insurance to the Owner before removal can start.
