SERIOUS BIDDERS Only) • Manufacturer: Enviroplex • Serial # 3338 & 3339 • DSA # 01-100905 & 01-110996 • Dimensions: 24 feet wide x 40 feet long • (2) sections of 12 feet x 40 feet Scope of work: • Buyer must dismantle, remove, and haul away the portable at his own expense. Timeline, • Portable removal can start on June 22, 2026. Buyer must haul it away and clear the site before July 15, 2026. • Seller will empty the portable from furniture before June 22, 2026. Insurance Requirement Attached • Buyer must provide Certificate of Insurance to the Owner before removal can start.
