Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Pickup Schedule: Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Site Access Requirements: Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. Complete Lot Removal: Successful bidder will be required to take all boxes/skids of printing paper. Multiple loads/site visits may be necessary. Loading Requirements: Bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property. Authorized Personnel: Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing will be allowed to pick up the property.
